I led a team of 52 cast, crew, and production members through a complex, split rehearsal schedule that spanned from the fall to the spring semester, including a month-long break. Collaborating closely with my assistant stage manager, we developed a show calling rotation that enabled them to have the opportunity to call the show while I managed the deck.
