Artist Statement

Theatre has always been a space where my love of art, storytelling, and organization come together. As a stage manager, my top priority is fostering an environment where vulnerability and creativity can thrive, empowering artists to share their stories authentically. With a growth-focused mindset, I embrace every production as an opportunity to learn, connect, and support the collaborative process. I also believe that creating a safe and healthy space—both mentally and physically—is essential, and this begins with establishing a sustainable work-life balance.

Encouraging artists to find fulfillment beyond the theatre is something I deeply value, and I strive to cultivate environments where they feel supported in achieving that balance—because at the end of the day, none of us can do it alone.

I love building strong connections with my teams, fostering trust through clear communication and shared goals. To me, collaboration is the heartbeat of every successful production.
Solving challenges—big or small—is what keeps me energized in this work. I've found that tackling obstacles with curiosity and persistence not only leads to solutions but also brings the team closer together.
We grow as much as the challenges we take on.
My goal is to foster rehearsal and performance spaces where every artist feels valued, supported, and empowered to take creative risks.
