As the Assistant Stage Manager, I oversaw deck operations in an intimate performance lab space. My responsibilities included managing all perishable props, ensuring the cast was backstage and prepared for their scenes, and guiding the costume crew through their pre-show and post-show duties to maintain smooth transitions.
